Increase your wellness at the Lake Placid Olympic Museum with Olympian Andrea Henkel Burke this summer!
Free introductory session on Tuesday, 6/25 at 5:30 pm for everyone from the high performance athlete to seniors to fellow couch potatoes. Andrea will share her knowledge on the "Three Pillar Strong" program.
She will introduce participants to the 6-week session that will focus on movement, balance, and vision to help you feel your best and stay motivated. Sign up now for the session or learn more before you join us starting 7/8 on Monday mornings from 7:30 am - 8:30 am for better health. Drop in for individual classes ($15) or save money by signing up for the entire 6-week series ($75). Cash or check only.
No equipment needed, wear comfortable clothes, and bring an open mind.

Trivia Night at the Museum: Test your brain power with your team for a fun evening answering Jeopardy style questions. All proceeds benefit the not-for-profit museum.
